Nakaash aka KASHKAM is a Nottingham-born director and photographer working out of London.
KASHKAM is a creative studio, birthed through documenting the underground Nottingham music scene. It permeated the city through YouTube and social media. While navigating the streets of what is infamously known as “Shottingham”, Nakaash learned to hone his craft. Becoming a cultural pioneer and icon in what is now globally recognized as “the culture”. Widely regarded as a Nottingham legend, Nakaash laid the foundations for the scene and documented a time and place that would have otherwise been lost in space. Nakaash has since transitioned his practice to service the luxury fashion industry, creating captivating and innovative imagery to achieve his client’s commercial objectives.
The studio specializes in imaging making for high-end fashion brands, and cultural icons.
He’s worked internationally with brands such as Vivienne Westwood, Schwarzkopf, Calvin Klein, Hypebeast, Nike, Marcelo Burlon, Chanel, Armani, Levis, New Balance, Adidas, TUI, Axel Arigato, Dazed, & Trapstar to mention a few.
